Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer refunds. Items can only be exchanged for a different size, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective due to our error, we will replace it.
Refund Method: Refunds are not available unless approved under special circumstances. If applicable, they will be processed via cash or Whish Money after inspection.
Exclusions: Custom or personalized shirts are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged due to our error. Customized shirts must be fully paid via Whish Money before production begins.
